LeaderTask Company Management is a very complete tool for managing your time and activities. With more than twenty features, it can be easily customized according to your needs, so that each of these functions lets you take full advantage of it. This version of the program was specifically designed to work on a network, implying shared access and teamwork.
Among other things, you can change your time zone, set your alarms, and also make a backup to a folder of your choice - it will work automatically and will let you recover the data in the event of damage or loss. You will also be able to protect the information you have in your LTM software, since among its features you will find data protection and encryption utilities. If you previously worked with data bases or MS Outlook, you can easily import/export data in just a few steps in various formats, such as vCard (contacts), iCal (Google Calendar), and MindManager, among others.
You can classify your tasks according to their priority, in a way that the program will show you the most important one highlighted in, for example, red. The program's graphic interface is very clear and easy to understand as well as its installation process. It is very easy to use in general, too. You will also be able to become part of a community that can help you with the things you want to do but do not know exactly how. |
